The team redeveloping the World Trade Center into a Four Seasons hotel just released futuristic renderings of the project on a website.
Based on the renderings, one of the biggest riverfront projects in the works imagines a development replete with "bio walls"—every developer's favorite pie-in-the-sky amenity of the moment—and roofs that are actually parks.
Adru Okun, Antigravity associate editor and one of the authors of the NOLA Rental Report, aptly compared the renderings to Logan's Run.
