See Where Top Chef New Orleans Contestants Shacked Up

New, 2 comments

Can't wait until tomorrow night's Top Chef New Orleans premiere to check out the contestants' Bourbon Street digs? Here's the next best thing: Part of the 1830s rowhouse, which was home, sweet, home to the reality show-starring chefs for part of the summer, is listed for $1,895,000 (photos below). The entire building is owned by Lauricella Bourbon Properties, so perhaps the units have similar amenities – a pneumatic elevator, marble counter tops, balconies and surely the nice open kitchen. Reality show homes are made to be over-the-top (hi, Real World house) and if this Bravo promo video is any indication, surely the set decorators went on a Mardi Gras bead and mask bedazzling spree.
