The Queen & Crescent Hotel, which sold earlier this year for $12.5M, was purchased by Northview Hotel Group for $20.8M. City Biz reports that the Connecticut-based hotel group has been trying to get in on the New Orleans hotel scene for years and that this sealed bid sale was a competitive one. Built in 1913 as the headquarters for Queen & Crescent Railroad, the 196-room hotel will be getting a full make-over.
