The Mid-City digs where former New Orleans mayor Marc Morial once called home has been PriceChopped but wait, that's not the only change going with this Bienville Street listing. New photos have been added, revealing the bedrooms, another living room, ceiling fans, a sort-of garage, and the yard. Morial, the current prez of the National Urban League, sold this four-bedroom, three-bath home back in 2008 for $463,500. The current owners scooped it up for $425,000 in 2011 and put it on the market last month for $685,000. After last week's $10,000 PriceChop, the brand new asking price is $675,000. Like we said before, the house itself is spacious and charming with some sweet architectural details to be found. At least a couple of the odder pics of the bunch were removed from the listing, but we'll keep the cluttered laundry room shot for old times' sake.
