The first round of Curbed Cup 2013 has come to an end and it's time to see how the neighborhoods fared in the battle for the Neighborhood of the Year award. On Monday, Bayou St. John knocked the Marigny out of the race, getting 57 percent of the vote. The next day, Bywater showed the Lower Garden District who's boss and on Wednesday, the Irish Channel whooped St. Roch. Development craziness wasn't enough to keep the Central Business District in the running; they were knocked out by the Riverbend yesterday. Round two of the Curbed Cup kicks off Monday so do stay tuned and be ready to vote, vote, vote.
