For the first time since Hurricane Katrina, the Sewerage and Water Board will be charging New Orleans schools for their water usage. State law allows four gallons of water per person per day, before they start up a tab. This could be a shocker for some schools, especially Lusher Middle and High School, which went three million gallons over its allotment last year. Whoops. [The Lens]
