Plans for Fulton Alley, a downtown "boutique bowling venue," have been approved by the City Planning Commission. The 18,000-square foot, 12-lane entertainment joint will take over a Harrah's Casino parking garage. Half of the space will house the bowling alley and two bars, and the other half will be a storage area for Harrah's, the leasor of the property. The top floors will continue to be used for paid parking. Construction has already started on what developer Kyle Brechtel says will be "an upscale bowling experience" and we hear a November opening date is planned.
