We told you about the Florida public housing redevelopment that broke ground yesterday, but who knew the abandoned buildings contain an art installation? Project Be, Brandan Odums' street art idea "built on rooms that will not last," is now in the hands of the Housing Authority of New Orleans. WDSU asked a HANO rep if the art could be saved before the Florida demo begins and apparently, it's going to be up to the future residents. If you're okay with venturing into abandoned buildings and braving the barbed wire for a self-guided gallery tour, the artist has sprayed crowns over the doorways of rooms which contain his work. Otherwise, you can check out the interior here.
