The French Market Corp., the organization behind the Quarter's historic market and six block stretch to Jackson Square, has a new executive director, Jon Smith. One of his first orders of business is tidying up the ole market. "You can buy Justin Bieber cell phone covers or Hello Kitty sunglasses. That doesn't say who we are or what we are," Smith said.
