This four-bedroom multi-fam home with an awful kitchen normally wouldn't register on the "worth mentioning" scale, but a tipster pointed out that there's a bit of infamy associated with the Carrollton-area dwelling. Back in 2008, this Green Street home was put up as part of the million dollar bond for Telly Hankton, a convicted murderer often referred to as "the most dangerous man in New Orleans." The place was posted for $180,000 and the District Attorney's office later questioned if the collection of properties were worth what they were claiming. The Orleans Parish Assesor's website says the total value in 2012 was $95,200. More fun with numbers: The original ask was $275,000 at the beginning of last month, but after a $45,000 pricechop it's currently listed for $230,000.
