What would it take to make this homeowner pack his bags? $770,000. Apparently, "well over 3,000 hours" were spent on this renovation, but it's slim-pickings when it comes to interior shots of the 2,383-square-foot house (show us the bathrooms!), which sold for $298,000 in 2011. Photos offer a glimpse at the front room, a red-and-pink tiled fireplace, an open kitchen (which looks pretty nice), and then an iPhone selfie pic in the master bedroom. While the outdoor perks don't exactly match the inflated price tag, they are worth mentioning: The Laurel Street home is on a huge lot with a driveway, two-car garage, and some sort of shed/workshop set-up.
