Cafe Habana, the Sean Meenan-proposed restaurant went before the Architectural Review Committee only to be told that issues of visibility were still apparent. More information is needed regarding the same concerns of lighting and signage as well as sound-proofing. Also a nagging issue is capacity — the cap is 172 people but the public is skeptical. In fact, the public may have better ideas for the Esplanade and N Rampart space:
