It's even got a washer, dryer, all utilities included, and wifi. Oh, and cable. Why so many amenities? We'll let the listing tell you: "We sail for at least half the year and rent our home for the extra income." $3,200 a month gets you the 1,650 square foot furnished second floor.

And, like our first listing, it's got a "gourmet" kitchen, whatever that means. $3,150 a month gets you historic architectural elements with a modern twist in this century plus old double.

Either way, it's a little bizarre to have a prime listing contain just three photos, all of which look like vector drawings. Housed in the circa 1840s building of Gallier Court, this two bedroom, two bath space allows cats and small dogs and, at 1,114 square feet, isn't so crammed that it's not pet friendly. $3,200 a month gets you somewhat luxurious living just a block away from the French Quarter and with valet parking offered.
