...We may have spoken too soon about Sean Meenan providing adequate information. Cafe Habana went before the Architectural Review Committee just a week ago in a successful meeting that netted the project provisional approval. Yesterday's VCC meeting showed the Commission apparently not ready to give full design development approval, however. The VCC wants answers on visibility — signs and lights — a proposed perimeter fence, among other items. What that means for Cafe Habana is a trip back to the Architectural Review Committee, whose next meeting is Tuesday, October 14th at 1:30pm in the City Council Chambers.
