What do you usually look for in a rental? Is it breathtaking amenities and location or general roominess and affordability? If your answer was the former and you're passionate about extended stays, you may want to get on 1535 Jackson Ave. Billed as a "corporate" condo, (hey, condo's gotta work!) this wholly pricey two bedroom at least includes utilities, internet, and satellite TV as well as off-street parking. What's truly amiss is its allegedly modern furnishings. In trying to attract someone willing to pay $2,550 a month, it seems that all the character was stripped out of this upper story condo and replaced with copious wall-mounted TVs and rather plain couches and beds, to say nothing of its safe artwork.
