Last week and after $12M in renovations, AC Hotel opened its doors at the old Cotton Exchange Building. Spanning eight stories and 200 rooms, the hotel aims to cater to millenials and hip travelers and is AC Hotel's first stateside venture. Not to be outdone, the former W hotel at 333 Poydras is just wrapping up their $29M renovations and rebranding effort. Their grand opening as Le Meridien is today, and though all rooms have been completed, renovations won't completely wrap up until December 19th.
