Bruno, Inc, the developer that oversees Metro-Wide Apartments, has recently partnered with Raj Pandit of Pandit Law Firm, LLC to purchase Oakmont Apartments. The Algiers complex spans 16 acres and offers 336 one and two bedroom units.
The duo are basically attempting to market the apartments to folks in need of housing who work in the service industry or will be working in the burgeoning medical corridor across the river. In an attempt to court those renters, Oakmont Apartments is getting a steady makeover that includes everything from simple cosmetic fixes to adding a business center and security cameras. Promised amenities include free wifi, covered bike racks, outdoor BBQs and playgrounds.
