Iconic architect August Perez III has died, reports NOLA.com. The 81 year old New Orleanian had a hand in crafting some of the most iconic structures in New Orleans, including Harrah's Casino, Zephyr Stadium, and even the 1984 World's Fair. Perez was a founding member of Bacchus and on the board of the Louisiana Association of Architects. RIP. [NOLA.com]
