One of our absolute favorite offerings from Prospect.3 in the Lower Ninth Ward and beyond is CANO's Crevasse 22, and we're not just saying that because of the delicious first Sunday brunches catered by Charlie's. Located on attorney Sidney Torres III's sweeping St. Bernard estate, the outdoor exhibit attempts to reconcile a past flood with the future environmental challenges of living amongst the fast-disappearing wetlands and features artists like Jennifer Odem, Dan Alley, and Mitchel Gaudet, whose Crevasse Clouche Collection is pictured above. A soon-to-open permanent art gallery and residency space on the property — dubbed the River House — is set to open December 20th. Curbed NOLA got a look at its progress as well as Crevasse 22, which runs all of Prospect.3 Friday through Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
