Cafe Habana Gains Approval From Architectural Committee

Cafe Habana is yet again one step closer to becoming a reality, yet still only a third of the way there. Today's meeting with the Architectural Review Committee worked in Cafe Habana's favor and the project is now slated for the VCC, whose next meeting isn't slated until January 7th. The Architectural Review Committee felt that the Sean Meenan project had adequately addressed previous issues of capacity and signage, though many residents beg to differ. Cafe Habana already has conceptual approval, which it gained three months ago. It now only needs design development approval and construction approval, which, at this rate, may take a full year. Either way, stay tuned.
