After last week's announcement that Crescent Park would finally open its gates on Friday and, er, that didn't happen, it was anyone's guess how long the waiting game would continue. As of this afternoon, though, the Bywater section of the $30 million riverfront redevelopment that was originally scheduled to be a done deal by the end of 2012, is so open.
