Diamond Street Lofts' Warehouse District Plans, Revealed

New, 8 comments

A tipster passed along these plans for Diamond Street Lofts, a Warehouse District condo development that's in the works. Two warehouses on N. Diamond Street will get the demo treatment to make room for this five-floor building. Plans call for ground-floor parking spots, a 1,500-square-foot retail space facing St. Joseph Street, 12 two-bedroom two-bath units with balconies, and a rooftop terrace. The floorplan for the three-bedroom, four-bath penthouse is where the real action is — a "great room" with a bar, a walk-in room labeled "wine," an office, gym with sauna, and two terraces.
UPDATE: Construction should kick off in April and Derek Scontrino of Landcraft LLC is head of project development at the site. Some of the perks worth noting will include Acoustiblok soundproofing to keep the neighbor noise away, electric car chargers in the parking garage, a "rooftop misting garden," and an aquaponic garden.
