The skinny: This Mediterranean-meets-the South-style home from 1924 has a lot to admire— the stained glass windows, a tiled fireplace in the living room, and shiny wood floors throughout. The outside isn't too shabby either with a raised porch, pretty landscaping, a roomy backyard, plus there's off-street parking. The downstairs (street level) portion of the home could be a three-bedroom, one-bath apartment or just extra living space for the main house, but caution, it does need "final touches" for this to happen.
