The just-launched website, Neighborhood Appeal, uses algorithms and a "crowd sourcing" approach to grade neighborhoods by zip code. So far, the highest graded New Orleans 'hoods are in the C+ range, but this could change as users chime in with their own grades. [Neighborhood Appeal]
