Fresh out of prison and renting rapper Birdman's house in the gated community of English Turn, rapper Lil Boosie threw his mom a birthday party and apparently some neighbors were less than thrilled with the noise and parking violations. "A lot of people make the mistake of judging people before they know him and that's probably what's happening here," one neighbor said.
