How Much For Five Bedrooms In The French Quarter?

New, 3 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. We reveal the answer later this week. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A five-bedroom, six-bath French Quarter townhouse
Square footage: 3,900
The skinny: Built in 1834, the original millwork, mantles, and medallions are still around and in good condition, too. Two bedroom "suites" make up the top of this three-floor property and speaking of views, the front balcony overlooks Quarter rooftops and the downtown skyline. Another balcony looks over the back brick courtyard, which apparently has a "lovely fountain." For those that need more room or want to pull in some rental money, there's a 1,000-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath dwelling attached to the back of the house.
