And, now, the answer to this week's PriceSpotter asking-price guessing game.

The skinny: The most popular guess of $2,332,000 brought in 44.7 percent of the votes and seems like a fitting price tag for this Uptown condo on The Avenue, but it was not the right answer. Congrats to the 32.6 percent who picked the correct $2,855,000 asking price for the 4,355-square-foot spread that has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half-baths. Twelve percent of y'all went with the $1,037,000 option, which is just $500 less than what this place sold for back in 2002, and a small amount (10 percent) guessed a hefty $3,265,000 ask. Fun fact: Built in 1924 by architect Moise H. Goldstein and known as the Lake Apartments, a couple became owners of this place in 1978 by trading it for a property in Palm Springs, California.
