MID CITY— Cristina Quackenbush has found a permanent spot for her beloved Filipino pop-up Milkfish: the former Italian Pie on N. Carrollton (next door to Rue 127). Expect a mid to late April opening, and yes, they've applied for a liquor license.

BATON ROUGE— Starbucks has apologized to a woman who received Satanic foam art on her coffee drinks earlier this week, at a location in the Mall of Louisiana.

MARIGNY— Dat Dog Frenchmen is now open for business, and here's a look inside the colorful new expansion. Unlike the other Dat Dogs, this one has table service, and a pretty fabulous balcony overlooking Frenchmen Street.
