The skinny: Not your run-of-the-mill historic Garden District dwelling, this 1950s home was expanded and renovated in 1999 and comes with shiny pickled wood floors, built-in bookcases, and a "European style kitchen" with Sub Zero and Thermador appliances. The second floor has quite the space with no shortage of windows, vaulted ceilings, and a sweet little window seat. There's a one-car garage that apparently has an art studio/work space attached.
