How Much For This 3,330-Square-Foot Garden District Home?

New, 5 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. We reveal the answer later this week. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: Three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in the Garden District.
Square footage: 3,330
The skinny: Not your run-of-the-mill historic Garden District dwelling, this 1950s home was expanded and renovated in 1999 and comes with shiny pickled wood floors, built-in bookcases, and a "European style kitchen" with Sub Zero and Thermador appliances. The second floor has quite the space with no shortage of windows, vaulted ceilings, and a sweet little window seat. There's a one-car garage that apparently has an art studio/work space attached.
