Nearly 58 percent of voters clearly know the Marigny market, and nailed the correct $649,000 asking price for this side-hall home that has a 2,154-square-foot workshop/studio space on the ground floor. Thirty-three percent were counting on a $565,000 asking price and almost seven percent guessed the $442,000 option. Just 2.5 percent, perhaps dreaming of the good ole' days on the New Orleans real estate scene, picked the $337,000 price tag, which is what the three-bedroom, three-bathroom Burgundy Street dwelling sold for in 2004.
