Two California men who claimed they had the right to demo the abandoned Six Flags amusement park and sell the scrap metal are headed to the clink for swindling investors. Before the request for proposals even went out for the New Orleans East site, the guys "claimed they had signed a deal with the city for the rights to the park's scrap metal," flew in investors, and even used city letterhead.
