The CPC has approved a zoning change to bring a three-story development including a credit union to Tulane and South Galvez. The BioDistrict building will be 16,050 square feet with over half that comprised of upstairs offices renting for $22/square foot. Two existing buildings will be "turned into parking lots" as plans call for 31 parking spots and a three-lane drive-thru teller. [MidCityMessenger]
