The skinny: While the plurality of voters (about 38 percent of y'all) guessed the correct asking price for this three-bedroom, two-bath Irish Channel house, it was a pretty close draw for the second most popular guess. Twenty-five percent went for the $496,000 option and just over 26 percent guessed the $395,000 asking price. Ten percent of voters were holding out for the least expensive ask, $322,000. There's already a sale pending on the renovated 1,680-square-foot camelback-style home, which last sold for $97,000 in 2009.
