Hotel Makeovers

The circular Best Western Landmarks Hotel is getting a $12.2 million makeover that includes "more spacious and modern guest rooms" and the spiffing up of the banquet and conference room space. When renovations wrap up at the 128-room hotel, which is owned by the Al Copeland Trust, the 17th floor will be the new home to the corporate offices for Al Copeland Investments. [City Biz]
