It starts out with the explanation that the Irish Channel home is "admittedly a poor renovation of a double, badly oversold on the post-Katrina bubble" (it went for $243,000 in 2006) then says "it's the floor plan that's faulty & needs to be reconfigured: master + 2 full baths downstairs; 2 bedrms + full bath upstairs = wtf?"
