How Much For This Marigny Home With Guesthouse?

New, 3 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. We reveal the answer early next week. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home in the Marigny.
Square footage: 4,104
The skinny: Dating back to the 1830s, this just-listed Marigny dwelling was renovated in 2007 (when it sold for $340,000 and spoiler alert: the current ask is nowhere close to that). The place is still sporting the original wood ceilings in some parts of the house and has slate, travertine, and wood floors. It's impossible to ignore that there's some seriously good stuff associated with this house, the wrap-around balcony and private brick courtyard, for starters. It also doesn't hurt that there's a separate guesthouse with its own kitchen.
