Fall's Anticipated Openings, Pop Up Hotness, & More

NOLA— New Orleans Most Anticipated Openings of Fall 2014 is sure to put some pep in your step with Brennan's, Balise, Purloo, and many more coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

UPTOWN/LGD— Pop ups are hot right now: Aline Street Beer Garden has an awesome new roster that rotates nightly, serving everything from raw bar fare to nachos. Meanwhile, Barrel Proof has brought on Texas brisket heavyweight Black Label BBQ for game day grub this fall.

MID CITY— A bittersweet switheroo: Crescent Pie & Sausage is shuttering. Their last day open will be August 31, with all proceeds going to ALS research. Owners Bart Bell & Jeff Baron will then focus solely on opening their upcoming Tulane Avenue plate lunch spot Crescent Plate.

NOLA— Brett Anderson is all about gobbling up peaches before they go out of season. Here's a map of his favorite peach dishes around town.
