Hotel Planned for Former Bonded Carbon and Ribbon HQ

Well, that didn't take long. Less than two months after local office suppliers Bonded Carbon and Ribbon closed up shop to merge with Louisiana Office Products, its former headquarters have not only been purchased but have solid plans to be turned into a hotel. The proposed nine floor hotel includes ground level retail space, a fitness center, restaurant, eighth floor condos, and star penthouse on the roof.

744-746 St Charles Ave was bought by D-Barlo LLC in the beginning of June for $2M and Bonded Carbon and Ribbon celebrated their last day in New Orleans at the end of July. Now under Louisiana Office Supplies, Bonded Carbon and Ribbon have since moved over to Elmwood.
