636 N Broad St is the type of space that keeps you guessing and wanting more, which is why its potential to become a movie theatre couldn't have come at a better time. Consistently hinted at as being a historic space — allegedly listed on both the state and national registry of historic places — in years' past, it's been a law office, plumbing supply store, and an auto shop, as well as a totally politically incorrectly named charitable bingo hall for developmentally disabled children. Let's hope the prospective theatre's name is a little more tasteful.
