Yet another roadblock for the restaurant, because the City Planning Commission is still deciding on whether to approve the re-subdivision of two lots into a single lot. Debate rages on about whether the establishment is a good fit for the neighborhood,
Café Habana wants a single shot at the single lot so they can open. However, the majority of the commission is not convinced, and plans for the restaurant stay in limbo.
