Architect Paul Allain is known for his innovative designs that have helped preserve the culture of Iberia Parish as well as add to its charm. Perhaps his most personal labor of love is Tensas Tower in New Iberia, a three story structure with elegant water cistern and sculpture all designed by Allain.
