Although this 144-year-old Italianate building in the Warehouse District is on the National Register of Historic Places, and the inside is a total party pad, this unit might be a tough sell because it's located right next to the highway. Perhaps that's why we keep seeing price cuts: When the unit first hit the market early this year, it was asking $459,000, then it got knocked down to $429,000, and now it's at $410,000. There is a lot to love here, though. The groovy space has a wet bar and opens to a lovely courtyard. On the non-highway side there are a ton of neighborhood amenities. Seems like the perfect, kind of odd, bachelor/bachelorette pad.
