Completely Renovated Milan Home Gets 3rd Price Chop, Now Asking $499K

Though it's a vast improvement from the crumbling home that stood (a strong word) in the lot before, it seems no one is impressed yet with the renovated 4028 Danneel St. The Milan home hit the market in June asking $549,000; three price chops later it's down to $499,000. The home now has paved off-street parking, a front porch, an open floor plan and wood floors. The finished product might be a bit bland, but again—it's quite an improvement than what was there before.
