↑ This Broadmoor three-bedroom is 1400 square feet and features a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. There's also original hardwood floors throughout, a spacious backyard, a front porch with swing, and window units in each bedroom and in living room. Internet and cable are included. It's not dog friendly.


↑ The Lakeview shotgun for $1,395/month can work as a one or two bedroom. The recently renovated home features hardwood floors, new carpet (if that's your thing), a washer/dryer, gas stove and a driveway that can fit three cars. It's not pet friendly.


↑ The rent for this Mid-City three-bedroom, two-bathroom is $1,395, but if you pay by the first of the month, rent is reduced by $50. Near City Park, the upstairs apartment includes hardwood floors and a balcony.
