Renderings for MK Red's Bywater Project, 32HUNDRED

New, 4 comments

In September real estate developers MK Red announced they were planning condos near the foot of the Piety Street bridge to Crescent Park in Bywater. Now the project has a name, 32HUNDRED, and renderings.

The project, which recently secured design approval from the Architectural Review Committee, will include 35,000 square feet, including 1,750 square feet of retail space. 32HUNDRED goes before the Historic Districts Landmark Commission on Jan. 14th.

MK Red also gave us an update on their Marigny project, Baker's Row, in the old Hubig's Pies spot—it's currently under construction.
