Here's Where the $200 Million Street Work Project Will Begin

New, 1 comment

Hallelujah: the city is resolving to fix some of its horrible streets in the new year—it's embarking on 40 street work projects in 2016, costing $200 million.

Work will begin in the Filmore, Lakeview, Lower 9th Ward, Mid-City, St. Bernard and West End neighborhoods. This, plus a recent task force assembled to find funding for this problem, might mean better streets in 2016?
