Mardi Gras is a time of extremes in happiness, and sometimes, in life threatening developments. In addition to the two victims shot at St. Charles and Erato Street, a 40-year-old woman was struck and killed in her car by a 21-year-old who ran a stop sign. And a 39-year-old man was shot several times in the shoulder on Fig Street. Stay safe while reveling.
