It's been a while since we've checked up on the Myrtle Banks Building. The former school is set to open a fresh market later this year and already has gallery space open on its third floor. What else is in store for 1307 OC Haley Blvd? A coworking space that just opened last month. Alembic Community Development and the Creative Alliance of New Orleans are offering at least 18 work spaces and three to four private offices, which all told spans 4,200 square feet.
