Sacred Heart at St Bernard Complex Receives Zoning Approval

New, 1 comment

Thursday was a big day for the New Orleans City Council — they not only approved Cafe Habana but gave zoning approval to Sacred Heart at St Bernard. As you'll recall from our previous coverage, the former St Boniface Church is set to become a mixed-use complex with housing, retail, and signals the return of the Vaucresson Family, whose hot sausage po'boys were known far and wide. Sacred Heart at St Bernard is looking to secure funding and will then host additional community meetings as they continue to hammer out final plans.
