The latest Robert Durst news comes a day early given the fact that the former real estate mogul has been officially indicted in New Orleans. Rather than experience the all-out embarrassment of no witnesses showing up to yet another preliminary hearing this Thursday, April 9, a grand jury indicted Durst on weaponry and drug charges today. What this means for Durst is that, unless his attorneys are successful in their claim that Durst's hotel room was illegally searched, the state of Louisiana just got a new bizarre resident for the interim.
